  • Hundred million dollar plus eCommerce luxury home furnishings retailer: Led the consolidation and implementation of two merged companies onto an enterprise system platform.
  • Multi-billion dollar home goods and furnishings retailer: Led the overall replacement of the company's domestic legacy direct-to-consumer systems for all of their brands
  • Multi-billion dollar multi-channel specialty retailer: Led the overall strategic assessment, process and system requirements, design and implementation of an enterprise-wide solution for the company's international retail and DTC expansion
  • Forture 50 department store multi-channel retailer: Led the overall conceptual strategy, design and implementation of a multi-year, multi-phase packaged order, inventory and fulfillment management solution

  • Leading multi-title cataloguer and multi-channel retailer: Led the definition, selection, design and implementation of a new warehouse management system to support a new 900K s.f. fulfillment center. The center incorporated a large degree of automated material handling that required multiple levels of integration

Selected an enterprise-wide order management and customer service system and a warehouse management system.
